Silver buckle having a kirtimukha (face of glory) holding up a bowl of jewels, flanked by two lion dogs, birds and a Kylin on a lotus base. would make a great up cycled brooch or handbag ornament if a pin back was added. 19th c Himalayan , used in several countries by Tibetans, most likely Northern India .
